Qatar Domain Name Registry 

Qatar Domain Name Registry is the organization responsible for managing the registration and assignment of domain names within the .county code top-level domain (TLD) - qa, .com.qa so on, in Qatar. It is a government-owned entity that operates under the Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA).

QDNR's main role is to ensure the unique use of domain names within the .qa TLD and to prevent conflicts. It also regulates and enforces policies for registering and using domain names within the TLD.

QDNR also offers services such as domain name renewal, transfer of domain name ownership, and domain name protection services.
